Here is a very healthy smoothie of berries. Berries are rich in antioxidants and this will help to give beneficial effects to our body and skin. It will help you to look younger and makes your skin healthier.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup mixed berries (blue berry, rasberry and strawberries

- 2 spoon honey

- 1 glass orange juice

Method:

- Chop the berries, add it into mixture grinder

- Add orange juice and honey

- Blend it smooth

- Take it out in a serving glass, put it into refrigerator to cool it down
